Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute has been educating students for more than 60 years now. It is now an important part of the North Toronto community. Lawrence Park teachers, students and parents have worked together to support academic excellence.

LPCI's motto is "Amor Doctrinae Floreat", which in English means "Let the Love of Learning Flourish". LPCI is committed to the provision of a rich and varied program. Some current offerings include, to all grade levels (9 - 12), Extended, Immersion and Core French; selected enrichment courses; a music program that features band, strings and vocals; Latin; German; computer studies; selected business classes; mathematics; science; health and physical education and a large variety of courses in the social sciences.

The vast majority of graduating LPCI students go on to University or Community Colleges, so most courses are offered at the University preparation level.

Like its academic program, Lawrence Park's extracurricular options are impressive both in range and quality. Complementing a strong academic and extracurricular base is the school's co-operative education program. Co-op students benefit each year from an array of placements, making essential connections between the classroom and the world of work.

During their years at Lawrence Park, students will have had many opportunities to learn through extra-curricular activities sponsored by the school and by members of the community.
